JERSEY DEPOSIT

$50.00 per jersey per player will be collected with this year's
returning registrations and all new registrations for VMHA jerseys.

This will be a one time collection per player, and players will not
have to redeposit year after year provided jerseys are returned at
the end of the season.

Please do not postdate cheques and ensure that your accounts can cover that
amount as it will be cashed and held until the player withdraws and leaves
Vancouver Minor Hockey Association.
