Goalie Training with Ryan Yeung
Goaltending is an exceptionally demanding and technical position - when something slips in technique or strategy, it is exceptionally difficult for a goalie to self-diagnose and correct. Weekly sessions that focus on technique and strategy will not only improve muscle memory for the right technique but are also essential to make sure that goalies don't 'backslide' if something goes wrong.
Training centre workouts increase fitness - skating movements and pushes on synthetic offer 10-15% more resistance than ice, forcing goalies to develop more explosive and quick movements to be successful - making ice times easier and more productive.
All clinics are 5 session and cost $100. (All clinics are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient registrations to run the clinic)
