Account Configuration
- Profile:
Keep your profile up to date by regularly updating your primary email address, mobile number (with notifications enabled), secondary emergency contact, and birthdate. These details are visible only to authorized leagues, associations, and administrators. It is highly recommended to subscribe to the calendar to stay informed of all events.
- Availability:
Set your assignor(s)* (Vancouver MHA) and your availability. Remember, your commitment to your VMHA hockey team takes priority; games and practices should not be missed for officiating assignments.
*If you are of age and qualified to officiate U15C games, make sure you have added New Westminster Minor Hockey Association to your My Assignors tab under Availability Settings.
- Requesting Games:
You can request games, but please note that this does not guarantee an assignment. Your availability is the primary factor considered, along with the number of games you’ve already been assigned. Assignments are made based on qualifications, ensuring equal ice time for all VMHA officials.
- Game Assignments:
Respond to game assignments promptly as they come in. If notifications are enabled, you will receive an email when assigned a game, but it’s advisable to regularly check your account. Officials must accept or decline new assignments within 24 hours.
