The Atom A2 team went undefeated through 5 games to clinch the championship cup at the Thunderbirds Atom Remembrance Day Tournament.

To get there, the team had to battle for an overtime win in a tense semi-final match-up against North Vancouver, and then faced the host Thunderbirds in the championship for an east vs west side Vancouver showdown.

The final game was close through 2 periods, but our east side boys pulled through in the end with a 5-2 win; their hard work throughout the entire tournament ultimately rewarded with the taste of gold.
