VMHA uses SportsHelper to streamline the volunteer experience for parents. This user-friendly system simplifies task management, making it easier than ever to track your volunteer hours and assignments. SportsHelper is free for all VMHA families.

Key Features of SportsHelper

Through your personalized, password-protected Parent Portal, you can:

• Easily View and Sign Up for Volunteer Tasks: Check your assigned tasks or quickly sign up for available volunteer roles.
• Track Your Service Hours: View a real-time total of your completed volunteer hours.
• Send/Receive Messages: Communicate directly with the Volunteer Team for updates and notifications.

Note: If no tasks are currently listed, it may be because all current opportunities are filled or no new tasks are available.

Getting Started

The Parent Portal is designed to be intuitive and does not require any technical skills. Helpful resources, such as a Start Guide and How-To videos, are available in the upper right corner of your portal.

• Username: The email you use for TeamSnap
• Default Password: VMHA@2024
