ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Society will be held at:

Britannia Secondary School Auditorium

7:00 – April 11th, 2019

and that it is intended that the following business will be transacted:

1. Report of the President.

2. Report by the Treasurer and consideration of the Financial Statements.

3. Consideration of Special Resolutions to amend the By-Laws of the Society.

4. Election of Directors of the Society.

NOTICE OF MOTIONS

ALSO TAKE NOTICE that it is intended to propose the resolutions attached hereto as Schedule A as special resolutions to amend by-laws of the Society.
