Very simple process:

1 – Choose quantity and retailers

2 – Payment will be done by eTransfer.  Please send your EFT to: fundraising@vmha.com

3 – We will arrange with your Division/Team Manager to deliver your cards

Please fill out and email the completed form to fundraising@vmha.com  To ensure a timely delivery, all orders must be received by December 10th

Highest dollar value sold – $150 Gift Card
