2024 Training Centre Summer Programs

We are excited to offer the following programs at the VMHA Training Center located at 11568 Eburne Way, Unit 117, Richmond. These summer programs are designed to enhance skills and provide specialized training for various age groups. Our programs offer a perfect blend of gym workouts and synthetic ice practice, led by experienced instructors.

Camp Refund Policy

All programs are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient registrations to run a camp.

Cancellations/refunds: Camps are non-refundable unless there is a waiting list, and your spot can be filled. Cancellation requests must be in writing to registrar@vmha.com. All refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee.

Pro-rating: There will be no pro-rating of fees for sessions missed or late registration.

U15/U18 Specialized High-Performance Training

Experience the thrill on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM in our U15 and U18 division training!

Upstairs:
Power through one hour of gym sessions aimed at boosting your strength and agility.

Downstairs:
Master advanced shooting techniques and tactical skills on synthetic ice for one hour, taking your game to the next level.

Registration

U11/U13 Specialized Goalie Training

Join us every Friday and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM for specialized U11-U13 goalie training!

Synthetic Ice:
Spend 45 minutes sharpening your skating and crease movement skills, followed by 45 minutes of intense shooting drills from every angle, enhancing your game readiness and reaction time.
